Labtron Foam Testing Equipment features a motor-driven stirrer that ensures uniform mixing for consistent results throughout the testing process. These time counters with an alarm provide users with an accurate way to track the progress of tests, ensuring precise timing and alerting. Their separate control boxes allow for better organization and easier access to various settings, improving overall control and safety. They prioritize cleaning and replacement, ensuring the system remains hygienic and functional without extensive maintenance time. Our textile moisture meter features an automatic buzzer alarm that sounds when a test is complete, prompts results, and provides an instant alert.

Labtron’s Foaming Characteristics Tester LFCT-A11 is designed to test liquids that produce or interact with foam, including shampoos, liquid detergents, soaps, cosmetic emulsions, food foams, and some oils. It is not intended for solids, pastes, or highly viscous substances that cannot flow or aerate properly. Liquids should be stable at both 24?°C and 93.5?°C, as these are the set temperatures for the baths. The unit works best with clear or low-viscosity samples for accurate foam analysis.
Our Foaming Characteristics Tester LFCT-A11 allows visual observation of foam height through its transparent test cylinder. The cylinder features scale markings that enable accurate reading of initial foam height after aeration and tracking of foam collapse over time. Users can manually record the data or optionally use video monitoring for later analysis. Consistent timing and observation methods are important to ensure reliable and repeatable measurements.
The Foaming Characteristics Tester LFCT-A11 does not include adjustable airflow settings; it relies on the fixed permeability of the gas diffuser and standard operating pressure. This setup is ideal for maintaining consistent airflow across all tests. If adjustable airflow is required for specific testing protocols, users may need to consider alternative models. Fixed airflow ensures stable conditions and supports consistent, repeatable test results.
The Foaming Characteristics Tester LFCT-A11’s gas diffuser should be cleaned after every use to prevent foam residue or dried materials from clogging its pores. If there are signs of inconsistent airflow or visible blockage, gentle cleaning with water or a mild solvent may restore function. In cases where the diffuser remains obstructed or damaged, it should be replaced with a compatible part. Regular inspection helps the device to maintain consistent airflow and accurate foam testing.
The Foaming Characteristics Tester LFCT-A11 should be stopped immediately if foam overflows from the test cylinder to avoid spillage or equipment damage. Overflow may result from too much sample, excessive foaming agents, or an overly vigorous air input. After stopping the test, clean the system thoroughly and adjust the sample volume or composition before restarting. Monitoring the foam buildup closely during the initial stage helps prevent overflow issues during future tests.
