Heat Treatment Oven LHTO-A10 Catalog
The Heat Treatment Oven LHTO-A10 is designed for high-temperature testing, drying, and industrial production processes. It is especially suitable for drying powders and other industrial materials that require precise temperature control. The oven includes explosion-proof features for safe operation in environments where volatile or sensitive materials may be present.
The oven itself only provides controlled heating and drying functions. It does not process or produce powders or other materials. Customers are responsible for supplying the materials or powders to be dried, while we only manufacture and supply the ovens.
The oven offers highly precise temperature control. The fluctuation is maintained within ±0.5?, ensuring stable and consistent heating results across all operations. This precision helps in achieving uniform drying and reliable test results.
The oven takes approximately 60 minutes to heat from room temperature to +300? under no-load conditions. It uses a forced air circulation system that ensures even airflow throughout the chamber, providing uniform heating and consistent drying results.
The oven is designed with explosion-proof safety functions to handle drying processes where volatile or sensitive materials may be present. It is equipped with fire-resistant and heat-resistant rock wool insulation (200 mm thick), which enhances safety during high-temperature operations. These features make it reliable for critical industrial applications where safety is a priority.
The oven complies with several international and military standards, including: • GB5170.2.3.5.6-95 • GB-2423.2-89 (IEC68-2-2) Test B • GJB360.8-87 (MIL-STD.202F) • GJB150.3 (MIL-STD-810D) For control, it uses a PID + SSR output system, which ensures stable and accurate temperature regulation throughout the heating process.
The oven is built with high-quality materials for durability and efficiency. The inner chamber is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, while the outer chamber is constructed from cold-rolled steel with a painted finish. For insulation, it uses fire- and heat-resistant rock wool, 200 mm thick. Heating is provided by a finned, radiating, tube-shaped stainless steel electric heater, which ensures efficient and reliable heat transfer.
The oven uses a K-type thermoelectric pair for accurate temperature measurement, ensuring precise monitoring and control of heating conditions. To maintain chamber integrity and minimize heat loss, it is equipped with a silicone single-door seal that provides a tight and reliable closure.
The oven is considered explosion-proof because it incorporates specialized safety features designed for environments where volatile substances or powders may be present. Its explosion-proof design, combined with fire-resistant insulation and protective construction, ensures safe operation even under demanding high-temperature drying processes. This makes it highly suitable for critical industrial applications where safety cannot be compromised.
