Labtron Low Speed Centrifuge provide separation of substances of different densities within liquid upto 6000rpm. They are equipped with fixed-angle or swing-out rotors, which determine positioning of specimens and their effective segregation. Their components include motor that drives spindles at controlled, less velocity rotation for efficient partitioning. They include cooling mechanism to maintain integrity during prolonged processes. Our Low Speed Centrifuge isolates proteins from cell lysates, assists sedimentation of bacterial cells and medicine formulation.

The maximum RCF of our Low Speed Centrifuge is 1717 × g, which determines how effectively particles separate based on density. This level of force is ideal for blood sample processing, cell isolation, and plasma separation. In medical and aesthetic fields, the correct g-force ensures efficient platelet and fibrin separation for therapeutic applications, making the centrifuge effective for both routine and specialized procedures.
Our Low Speed Centrifuge has a rotor capacity of four 15 ml tubes, making it efficient for processing small to moderate sample volumes. This capacity is commonly used for PRP, PRF, and other blood-based treatments, allowing professionals to prepare enriched plasma for various medical and aesthetic procedures. Its ability to process multiple samples simultaneously improves workflow efficiency in clinical and research environments.
CGF is used to isolate growth factors from blood plasma, which play a key role in tissue regeneration, wound healing, and collagen production. Our Low Speed Centrifuge concentrates these growth factors, making them highly effective for regenerative medicine, including dental surgeries, orthopedics, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
The PRP function in Labtron’s Low Speed Centrifuge separates platelets from whole blood by spinning at a specific speed and time. This process concentrates platelets and growth factors, which are then used in aesthetic medicine, sports injury recovery, and dermatology. PRP injections promote healing, reduce inflammation, and stimulate collagen production.
APRF is a form of Platelet-Rich Fibrin that is richer in white blood cells, platelets, and growth factors compared to PRP. Unlike PRP, APRF does not require anticoagulants, allowing for a natural clot formation that slowly releases growth factors over time. This makes it highly effective for dental implants, orthopedic healing, and soft tissue repair.
Our Low Speed Centrifuge is equipped with multiple safety features to ensure a secure operation. It has a monitoring window that allows users to observe the centrifugation process without opening the lid, ensuring better control over the procedure. The electromagnetic lock prevents the lid from being opened while in operation, reducing the risk of accidental spills or injuries. Additionally, an emergency switch is available to immediately halt operation in case of any issues, providing an extra layer of safety. The centrifuge is also designed for low-noise operation, making it suitable for quiet laboratory and clinical environments. These features enhance user safety, prevent contamination, and ensure the reliable performance of the device.
