Labtron Mildew Incubator LIM-A11 is specifically designed to provide a stable and controlled environment for microbial growth, especially molds and mildews. It is widely used in BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) testing, microorganism cultivation, and mold studies. The Labtron Mildew Incubator LIM-A11 offers a wide temperature range from 0 to 60°C, which is suitable for various microbial and BOD testing needs. It uses a microcomputer-based LCD temperature controller that provides high precision with a temperature fluctuation of only ±1.0°C and uniformity of ±1.5°C. The efficient air duct system and high-performance compressor help maintain a stable temperature inside the chamber. This ensures that all samples receive uniform incubation conditions, which is crucial for accurate and reproducible results.

Labtron has equipped the LIM-A11 mildew incubator with multiple safety features to protect both the equipment and the samples. These include an independent over-temperature protection system, temperature deviation alarms, and safety mechanisms for compressor overheating, fan overheating, overpressure, and electrical overload. This multi-level protection ensures the incubator can function reliably even during unexpected conditions, giving users peace of mind during long-duration experiments.

Labtron LIM-A11 is designed with a spacious 150L chamber made of 304-grade mirror-finish stainless steel, which is not only durable but also easy to clean due to its rounded corners. It comes with three adjustable shelves to accommodate various sample sizes and setups. A double-layer glass door with an observation window allows users to monitor the samples without disturbing the internal environment. Built-in lighting further improves visibility. The polyurethane foam insulation enhances temperature retention, and the USB data recording system allows easy monitoring and backup of test data.

Labtron LIM-A11 has a capacity of 250L and operates within an ambient temperature range of +5 to 35°C. It requires a power supply of AC 220V ±10%, 50Hz, and consumes a maximum of 0.6 kW. The internal dimensions of the incubator are 520 × 460 × 1050 mm, while the external dimensions are 620 × 690 × 1650 mm, making it suitable for most laboratory setups. The unit weighs 126 kg and is packaged in a size of 730 × 670 × 1380 mm. Its fully enclosed refrigeration system and easy-to-operate LCD controller make it convenient for regular lab use.
