Regular centrifuges offer higher speeds, greater capacity, and programmable settings for more complex or large-scale experiments.

Our Mini Centrifuge is specifically designed for handling very small-volume tubes, such as microorifice or capillary tubes. While it is optimized for precision applications rather than high-capacity processing, it can accommodate multiple microtubes simultaneously, depending on the configuration of the microorifice adapter.

Labtron’s Mini Centrifuge is equipped with a microorifice adapter rotor, specifically designed to hold micro-volume tubes, such as capillary tubes or microorifice tubes. This specialized rotor allows precise handling of extremely small samples, making it ideal for applications like hematocrit testing, DNA concentration, and micro-sample spin-downs.
