Portable Incubator LPI-A10

Labtron Portable Incubator LPI-A10 is a compact, lightweight 8 L incubator for microbial cultivation and heated storage, both in the laboratory and in outdoor field work. It holds temperatures from ambient +5 °C to 50 °C with 0.1 °C display resolution, ±0.5 °C temperature fluctuation, and ±1.5 °C uniformity, and gravity air convection circulates heat gently through the 200 × 160 × 230 mm chamber. An intelligent PID controller with touch-button setting and LED display offers fixed-temperature operation, a timer from 0 to 9999 minutes, and auto stop. Sensor deviation correction, overshoot self-tuning, parameter locking, and power-off memory keep settings consistent between runs. A mirror stainless steel inner chamber, cold-rolled steel shell with anti-bacterial powder coating, and 6.5 cm polyurethane insulation resist dents and chemical attack while retaining heat efficiently. A 180° side door with seal connector simplifies loading and helps prevent cross-contamination, and an audible and visual over-temperature alarm and auto circuit breaker protect samples and the unit. Weighing 9 kg, stackable, and fitted with a carrying strap, it runs on AC 220 V or an optional 12 V DC vehicle supply.
