Shaking Incubator LSI-A16

Labtron’s Shaking Incubator LSI-A16 is designed to culture microorganisms, cell lines, and other biological samples under controlled temperature and orbital shaking conditions. It combines incubation and agitation in a single unit, making it ideal for processes that require both stable environmental conditions and continuous motion, such as fermentation, enzyme reactions, and microbial growth studies.

The orbital shaking mode of the Shaking Incubator LSI-A16 ensures uniform mixing and aeration of cultures, which promotes consistent and optimal growth conditions. The 26 mm orbit diameter and adjustable speed range of 20 to 300 rpm allow users to tailor shaking intensity according to sample type and protocol requirements, enhancing the accuracy of experimental results.

Labtron’s Shaking Incubator LSI-A16 uses forced convection for even air distribution and a PID microcomputer controller to maintain precise temperature settings from 4°C to 60°C. It achieves excellent temperature uniformity of ±1°C and fluctuation control, which is critical for sensitive biological samples and reproducible experimental outcomes.

Our Shaking Incubator LSI-A16 is equipped with multiple safety functions, including over-temperature protection, visible and audible alarms, self-diagnosis alerts, and a leakage protector. It also has an auto-stop function that halts operation when the door is opened, ensuring user safety and sample integrity during use.

Shaking Incubator LSI-A16 features a non-volatile memory that saves the programmed settings in the event of a power failure. Once power is restored, the incubator automatically resumes operation with the original parameters, minimizing the risk of sample disruption or experiment failure.
