Benchtop Water Hardness Meter LBWM-A10 FAQ's
  • Labtron Benchtop Water hardness meter is ideal for industries like food processing, textiles, painting, and water treatment, where water quality plays a crucial role. It is also commonly used for testing tap, drinking, and filtered water in labs and quality control environments. Accurate hardness measurement ensures consistency in production and prevents equipment scaling. It has a wide measurement range of 0.05 mmol/L to 0.2 mol/L, supporting both soft and very hard water samples.

  • The Benchtop Water hardness meter offers 2 to 5-point calibration with both low and high concentration solutions, improving precision across varying sample types. The built-in calibration due reminder ensures the meter is recalibrated regularly, maintaining consistent accuracy. A real-time clock stamps each measurement for proper data tracking. Together, these features support reliable long-term performance in routine testing environments.

  • Yes, our Benchtop Water hardness meter is designed with a user-friendly interface and a large backlit LCD display for easy reading in any lighting. The system menu allows access to seven key settings such as stability conditions and auto power-off, making customization simple. An operational guide is included to help users quickly understand functionality. Automatic features like temperature compensation and auto-hold further simplify operation.

  • Labtron's Benchtop Water hardness meter supports both manual and automatic temperature compensation over a range of 0 to 50°C, ensuring accuracy across diverse conditions. The temperature measurement itself spans from 0 to 105°C, covering most testing environments. It accounts for heat variations that could impact water hardness readings with ±0.5°C accuracy. This makes the meter highly reliable for samples coming from boilers or outdoor sources.

  • The Benchtop Water hardness meter operates on DC 5V power and includes an AC adapter (220V/50Hz), ensuring safe and stable functionality in lab or industrial settings. Our meter offers compact size and stable base design, which reduces the risk of tipping or accidental spills. It is recommended for usage in dry, clean conditions to preserve internal components. Users should always ensure that the BNC connector is dry and properly secured when attaching the electrode.

  • Our Benchtop Water hardness meter stores up to 500 sets of test data, allowing for comprehensive tracking over time. The USB output enables users to easily export readings for documentation or analysis in external software. Each entry is time-stamped by the built-in real-time clock for traceability. This is especially useful in audits or when validating test procedures.
