Labtron COD Analyzer provide measurement of oxygen required to chemically oxidize organic and inorganic matter in water. They incorporate filtration unit to eliminate particulate interference and utilizes spectrophotometer to measure O2 demand in various samples. Their glass reaction vessels are designed for optimal mixing and accurate measurement. They implement advanced cooling system to maintain stable temperatures during testing process. Our COD Analyzer is ideal in pulp and paper industry, hydroponics and aquaponics, pharmaceuticals and beverage production.

The COD Analyzer LCDA-A14 features microcomputer data processing to directly display the measurement values of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). It employs cold light source, narrow-band interference technology, providing excellent optical stability. The light intensity is adjustable across 16 levels, allowing for customizable settings that effectively address measurement range extension due to signal strength variations. It features a separate measurement and digestion device, enhancing optical stability during testing by isolating the optical system from digestion heat.
The COD Analyzer offers continuous adjustment of both digestion temperature and time, allowing versatility in handling a wide range of samples. It is ideal for environment monitoring, Industrial processing water, water analysis, wastewater treatment and scientific research.
Labtron’s COD Analyzer features a separate measurement and digestion device, enhancing optical stability during testing by isolating the optical system from digestion heat. The digestion unit, designed for safe operation with precise PID temperature control and a sealed system, minimizing exposure and risk during digestion process. It includes a timed reminder with secondary protection feature, which cut offs the power supply, in case if the temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius.
Labtron’s COD Analyzer features a color touch screen with user-friendly bilingual interface. The analyzer supports curve queries, in addition to retrieving the curve equation. It has ability to store 250 factory-set calibration curves and 3,500 custom curves. It can store 100,000 measurement values, with data retention guaranteed even in the event of a power outage, makes the COD Analyzer is well-suited for high-throughput testing environments.
Labtron,s COD Analyzer utilizes sealed catalytic digestion followed by colorimetric measurement. It features a separate measurement and digestion device, enhancing optical stability during testing by isolating the optical system from digestion heat. The digestion device includes a timed reminder with secondary protection feature, which cut offs the power supply, in case if the temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius.
