They have silicon photodiode detectors, automatic wavelength adjustments, and tungsten and deuterium lamps. These feature LCD displays and USB ports for data storage and transportation. They provide a variety of measurement methods to satisfy various analytical needs. Our double beam spectrophotometers have exceptional performance and durability, auto calibration, user-friendly interfaces, and enhanced optics for precision.
Labtron’s Double Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer comes equipped with four 10 mm glass cuvettes, two 10 mm quartz (UV) cuvettes, and a power cord. The glass cuvettes are ideal for measurements in the visible light range (400–700 nm), commonly used in colorimetric and general spectrophotometric analyses. The quartz cuvettes, on the other hand, are specifically designed for UV region measurements (below 400 nm), as quartz allows UV light to pass through, making them suitable for applications like nucleic acid, protein, and other UV-based studies. The power cord provides the necessary electrical connection to operate the instrument.
Our Double Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is equipped with multiple working modes, offering flexibility to meet diverse analytical needs. The Transmittance mode (T) measures the percentage of light that passes through a sample, while the Absorbance mode (A) determines how much light is absorbed by the sample at a specific wavelength. For quantitative analysis, the Concentration mode (C) allows users to calculate the sample concentration based on a standard calibration curve. Additionally, the Energy mode (E) measures the energy of light transmitted through the sample. These comprehensive modes make the spectrophotometer a versatile tool for a wide range of laboratory applications.
Labtron’s Double Beam UV-Visible spectrophotometer contains deuterium and tungsten lamps, offering significant advantages for comprehensive and precise spectroscopic analysis. The deuterium lamp provides stable light in the ultraviolet range (190–400 nm), while the tungsten lamp covers the visible to near-infrared range (320–1100 nm), together enabling a wide spectral coverage from 190 to 1100 nm. This broad range allows users to perform both UV and visible light measurements seamlessly.
Our spectrophotometer equipped with a 7 inch color screen and a window style graphic interface, making operation. The automatic wavelength setting, different workmodes and variable scanning speeds allows for quick setup and flexible operation based on user needs. It has a socket-type deuterium and tungsten lamps enable lamp changes without requiring optics realignment. USB drive and USB host for easy saving, exporting, and sharing data. The massive internal memory reduces manual data recording. It can handle 5 to 100 mm cuvette, allowing flexibility in sample size.
Our spectrophotometer contains Socket-type lamps designed for quick and easy installation or replacement without requiring realignment of the optical system. This means users can replace the lamps themselves without needing technical expertise or service support, which minimizes downtime in busy laboratory environments.Additionally, these lamps offer stable light output and long operational life, ensuring consistent and reliable performance over time. Their plug-and-play design enhances instrument uptime, making them ideal for laboratories that require routine and uninterrupted spectrophotometric analysis.
