Glass Fermenter LGF-B12 features a 5 L double-jacketed borosilicate glass vessel with a stainless steel lid, offering full process visibility. It is equipped with a top-drive mechanical agitator and a six-blade paddle, allowing stable mixing at speeds between 50 to 1000 rpm. Temperature is precisely maintained from +5 °C to 70 °C through an intelligent PID control system using cooling water or electrical heating. Integrated sensors and peristaltic pumps automate pH, DO, and foam regulation for consistent culture conditions.
