Our Overhead Stirrer LOSR-B10 features two distinct speed ranges: 60 to 1200 rpm and 1201 to 6000 rpm, enabling both high-torque, low-speed stirring for viscous materials and high-speed agitation for lower-viscosity mixing. Importantly, the low-speed mode delivers a maximum torque of 170 N•cm, which is over five times greater than the torque in high-speed mode (34 N•cm). This dual-speed system allows the user to adapt the stirring process to the material properties, optimizing efficiency and performance across a wide range of lab and industrial mixing needs.
The Overhead Stirrer LOSR-B10 provides precise speed control with a setting accuracy of 1 rpm and a measurement deviation of only ±3% at speeds above 300 rpm. It also includes a temperature measuring function with a wide range from -10°C to 350°C and a resolution of 0.1°C, making it highly suitable for temperature-sensitive reactions. These features, combined with the integrated TFT display, allow users to monitor and fine-tune parameters with exceptional precision.
Overhead Stirrer LOSR-B10 is powered by a brushless DC motor, which offers long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance and quiet operation. It uses a keyless chuck system to secure stirring elements, allowing for fast, tool-free installation and a chuck diameter range from 0.5 to 10 mm.
