Pulse Vacuum Autoclave LBPA-A10 FAQ's
  • The door of the autoclave cannot open unless internal pressure is zero and the sterilization cycle is complete. A safety interlock system ensures steam pressure does not build if the door isn't fully sealed. If pressure exceeds 0.027 MPa, the door remains locked. This mechanism prevents accidental burns and steam leaks, protecting both the user and equipment integrity.

  • The autoclave uses a vacuum pump for air removal in multiple pulses (3 to 5 times), which eliminates up to 99.2% of cold air before steam entry. The vacuum pressure reaches up to -97 kPa. Vacuum depth and number of pulses can be adjusted based on the load type. This process ensures even steam penetration and successful sterilization.

  • No, it is not recommended to sterilize different types of items together, such as textiles and liquids or rubber and instruments. Different materials require different sterilization parameters, and mixed loads may result in incomplete sterilization or damage. Separate loads by type for best sterilization results and safety.

  • The autoclave should be used in environments with a temperature between +5°C and +40°C and relative humidity under 85%. It requires a water supply pressure of 0.15 to 0.25 MPa, compressed air between 0.4 and 0.7 MPa, and an AC 380V, 50Hz power supply. The steam input should be between 0.3 and 0.6 MPa to ensure effective operation and avoid equipment damage.

  • Check that air, water, and steam supplies meet required pressure levels. Ensure doors are properly closed and that the chamber gauge reads 0 MPa. Select the desired cycle and input correct parameters. For safety, always review alarms and system status before beginning the cycle to prevent malfunctions.
