Labtron offers a wide range of Pulse Vacuum Autoclaves to meet the demanding needs of modern healthcare, laboratories, and pharmaceuticals. These autoclaves feature durable stainless-steel chambers, intelligent PLC-based control systems, and automatic drying functions. They are designed in full compliance with international sterilization standards. Our autoclaves utilize a series of vacuum and steam pulses to ensure complete air removal and deep steam penetration, making them ideal for sterilizing complex instruments, porous materials, and packaged items.

Labtron’s Pulse Vacuum Autoclave LBPA-A20 is designed for the sterilization of medical devices, surgical tools, dressings, rubber items, implants, and certain liquids. It uses a pulse vacuum process to eliminate air from the chamber and ensure steam penetrates all surfaces and crevices, achieving effective sterilization in healthcare, surgical, and laboratory settings.
Pulse Vacuum Autoclave LBPA-A20 features double vacuum pulsation and deep negative pressure (-97 kPa), which enhance steam penetration. The pulse vacuum system removes cold air pockets, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and more reliable sterilization even for porous or hollow instruments like tubing or wrapped surgical kits.
Safety is built in with pressure-rated components like the chamber and jacket (up to 0.3 MPa), safety valves that open at 0.28 MPa, and interlocked door mechanisms that prevent accidental opening during operation. These features ensure the system operates securely under high pressure and temperature conditions.
Our Pulse Vacuum Autoclave LBPA-A20 features a 10-inch color LCD touchscreen interface controlled by a PLC system, offering easy navigation through its 11 preset and 4 auxiliary sterilization modes. Its vertical sliding door with interlock system ensures both ease of use and operational safety.
Pulse Vacuum Autoclave LBPA-A20 includes a built-in printer and USB port. This allows users to print cycle records and export data for traceability, audits, or compliance documentation. These features are especially valuable in sterile supply departments and regulatory environments.
