Our Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-precision analytical instrument designed for accurate and efficient measurements. It features a 7-inch display with a Windows-based graphical interface, offering a user-friendly experience. With multiple working modes and fast scanning speeds, it is particularly suited for time-sensitive analyses. The inclusion of an advanced silicon photodiode detector ensures enhanced measurement stability. Additionally, the spectrophotometer supports various data transfer options for data sharing and storage.
Labtron’s Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is designed to support a range of analytical tasks through its multiple working modes. These include Transmittance Mode (T), which measures the percentage of light that passes through a sample, and Absorbance Mode (A), which determines how much light is absorbed by the sample at a specific wavelength. The instrument also features a Concentration Mode (C) that calculates sample concentration based on a standard calibration curve, and an Energy Mode (E) that measures the energy of light transmitted through the sample.
Our Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer includes four 10 mm glass cuvettes, two 10 mm quartz (UV) cuvettes, PC software and a power cord. Glass cuvettes suitable for measurement in the visible range (400 to 700) typically used for colorimetric and general spectrophotometric analysis. The Quartz (UV) cuvette is designed for UV measurements (below 400 nm), as quartz is transparent to UV light, making it ideal for nucleic acid, protein, and other UV-based analyses. Power cord for electrical connection to operate the spectrophotometer.
Labtron's spectrophotometer features socket-type deuterium and tungsten lamps that can be easily replaced without the need for optical alignment or recalibration. This design ensures stable and consistent UV-Visible light output, delivering accurate and reliable measurements. Additionally, it reduces operational downtime, enhancing overall efficiency and ease of maintenance.
