Our Thermostatic Oil Bath LTOB-A10 is widely used for precise and uniform heating in chemical reactions, sample incubation, and material testing. It is ideal for laboratories in research institutions, universities, industrial quality control, and pharmaceutical development.
Labtron offers reliable Thermostatic Oil Baths for applications requiring consistent and controlled heating. . They are equipped with advanced PID temperature control, and dual digital displays. These oil baths are available in multiple capacities to suit all laboratory scales. Most of our models have built-in safety features like over-temperature alarms and timers to ensure user safety and operational accuracy. Our oil baths are designed for versatility and performance, and perfect for applications such as chemical synthesis, distillation, material testing, and sample incubation.

Labtron’s Thermostatic Oil Bath includes over-temperature protection with visual and audible alarms, electronic timers, thermal cut-offs, and safe housing materials. It also has high efficiency insulation to minimize heat loss, and prevent burns and electrical hazards.
Periodically check and replace the oil, clean the inner chamber to remove residues, and inspect temperature sensors and heating elements. Always unplug the unit before cleaning and use soft cloths and appropriate cleaning solutions for maintenance.
Use the unit on a heat-resistant, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Avoid flammable or low-boiling-point oils. Do not overfill or splash oil into electrical components. Wear protective gear when handling hot oil or glassware, and allow the unit to cool before draining or cleaning.
The dual digital display allows users to simultaneously view both the set temperature and the real-time actual temperature of the oil bath. This feature helps ensure accurate monitoring and precise control, making it easier to identify any deviation from the desired setpoint during an experiment. It enhances usability and reduces the chances of temperature-related errors in sensitive procedures.
PID self-tuning is an advanced control feature that automatically adjusts the proportional, integral, and derivative parameters of the temperature control system to optimize performance. This function eliminates the need for manual calibration, ensuring fast response times, minimal temperature overshoot, and stable operation even under changing load conditions. It is particularly beneficial in processes that require highly accurate and repeatable heating.
