Thermostatic Oil Bath LTOB-A12

Labtron’s Thermostatic Oil Bath includes over-temperature protection with visual and audible alarms, electronic timers, thermal cut-offs, and safe housing materials. It also has high efficiency insulation to minimize heat loss, and prevent burns and electrical hazards.

Periodically check and replace the oil, clean the inner chamber to remove residues, and inspect temperature sensors and heating elements. Always unplug the unit before cleaning and use soft cloths and appropriate cleaning solutions for maintenance.

Use the unit on a heat-resistant, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Avoid flammable or low-boiling-point oils. Do not overfill or splash oil into electrical components. Wear protective gear when handling hot oil or glassware, and allow the unit to cool before draining or cleaning.

The dual digital display allows users to simultaneously view both the set temperature and the real-time actual temperature of the oil bath. This feature helps ensure accurate monitoring and precise control, making it easier to identify any deviation from the desired setpoint during an experiment. It enhances usability and reduces the chances of temperature-related errors in sensitive procedures.
