Genetic Analyzer LGA-A10 uses capillary electrophoresis to detect genetic variations accurately and supports up to 16 channels. It detects single-base mutations, SNPs, and copy number variations using only 20 ng of human genomic DNA. The analyzer delivers results within 24 hours and can analyze up to 60 probes per reaction. Its open software platform is compatible with various MLPA kits, offering flexibility for multiple applications. Our analyzer is used for MLPA, Sanger Sequencing, and Fragment Analysis.
