Labtron’s Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer offers multiple working modes to suit different analytical needs. The available modes include, T( Transmittance mode) measures the percentage of light transmitted through a sample. The (A) Absorbance mode determines how much light is absorbed by the sample at a specific wavelength. Concentration mode (C ) allows users to calculate sample concentration based on the standard curve and Energy mode (E) measures the energy of light passing through the sample.
Labtron’s Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer includes four 10 mm glass cuvettes, two 10 mm quartz (UV) cuvettes,PC software and a power cord. Glass cuvettes suitable for measurement in the visible range (400 to 700) typically used for colorimetric and general spectrophotometric analysis. The Quartz cuvette is designed for UV measurements (below 400 nm), as quartz is transparent to UV light, making it ideal for nucleic acid, protein, and other UV-based analyses. Power cord for electrical connection to operate the spectrophotometer. Additionally it contain PC software enhances data management, and user experiences.
Labtron’s Spectrophotometer supports data printing. It includes RS232 output for connecting an external printer and also features a USB Host port which allows users to export data to the computer for printing. The USB host allows users to save test data in a USB drive that can be printed using an external computer or printer. This ensures flexibility in printing options based on user requirements.
