Ultrapure Water System LUWS-A13 has a capacity of 20 liters per hour and a resistivity of 15 to 18.2 MΩ·cm at 25°C for reliable high-purity water supply. It features a PES polyalum composite membrane filter element to ensure aseptic terminal water quality. This unit includes a double-wavelength UV sterilizer for enhanced disinfection. The reduced TOC content ensures higher water purity and minimal organic contamination. Our Ultrapure Water System can provide ultrapure (UP) water and secondary RO pure water at the same time for enhanced efficiency.
