Labtron’s Vacuum Oven LVO-A14 features a 50 L stainless steel chamber with two shelves, offering ample space for drying thermosensitive, oxidative, or heat-sensitive samples. With a temperature range of RT+10°C to 200°C and ±1°C stability, it ensures controlled, uniform, and gentle drying, making it suitable for laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial research needs.

The oven integrates a microprocessor-based LED controller with PID regulation and a built-in timer for accurate thermal management. The 0.1°C resolution and over-temperature alarm offer both precision and safety, while the fast heat-up capability (reducing heating time by over 40%) enhances workflow efficiency in routine and sensitive drying tasks.

Built from high-quality 304 mirror-polished stainless steel, the inner chamber offers corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. A dual-layer tempered glass window provides a clear view of the chamber, and a high-grade silicon door gasket ensures excellent vacuum sealing and chamber integrity during operation.

Designed for use in ambient environments between +5°C and 40°C, the LVO-A14 delivers reliable performance under continuous use. Its over-temperature protection system prevents overheating, while its vacuum-tight structure up to 133 Pa ensures consistent low-pressure operation, protecting samples from oxidation and contamination

Optional add-ons include a KF25 vacuum port for external pump integration, inert gas inlet for oxygen-sensitive drying, and LED lighting for chamber visibility.
