Magnetron Coating Machine LMMC-A10 features a magnetron sputtering head with a diameter of 50.8 mm and a maximum thickness of 3 mm. It has a vacuum chamber, made of high purity quartz, ensuring durability. The rotatable sample stage can heat up to 500℃ and rotate at a speed up to 20 rpm, ensuring uniform and well-adhered coatings. Its vacuum system combines a low-noise two-stage rotary vane pump and a high-speed turbomolecular pump. Our coating machine is perfect for precise and uniform thin film coatings.
