Labtron Deionized Water System ensure efficient ion removal, producing high-purity water at rate of 10L to 90L per hour. Their multi-stage filtration process enhances quality by eliminating contaminants and impurities. They feature advanced resin-based technology, effectively reducing conductivity in treated liquid. Their automated control system enables real-time monitoring of standard parameters. Our Deionized Water System is applicable in laboratories, pharmaceuticals, and electronics ensuring contamination-free results in research, and manufacturing processes.

Labtron’s Deionized Water System LDIN-A11 delivers high-performance water purification with an output rate of 90 liters per hour and a flow rate of 1.5 liters per minute. It uses regular tap water as its input source, making it convenient and economical for labs. This system provides dual outlets for both pure and high-purity deionized water, making it suitable for a wide range of lab tasks such as biological experiments, media preparation, and even for feeding water into instruments like humidifiers or hydrogen generators. Whether you’re working in microbiology or analytical chemistry, this system ensures consistent water quality.
Labtron’s LDIN-A11 includes a triplet pretreatment unit that can withstand high water pressure, ensuring that large particles and contaminants are removed before reaching the RO membrane. The system features an RO desalination rate of 95 to 99%, providing clean water with low conductivity (? 0.1 ?S/cm) and high resistivity (10 to 16 M?.cm). For user safety and convenience, it has an automatic leak detector that triggers a shut-off if a leak is detected. In addition, NSF-certified filters and pipes ensure that the water pathway meets international safety standards.
Labtron LDIN-A11 is designed with an intelligent LCD display that shows real-time water quality, temperature, and the usage status of filters and consumables. This makes it easier for users to monitor performance without opening the unit or interrupting workflow. The U-type filter cartridge allows for quick, tool-free replacement, making routine maintenance simple and safe. With clear filter bottles, users can visually check the condition of the filters at a glance, further enhancing user convenience and system reliability.
Labtron provides all essential accessories for the LDIN-A11, each with a recommended replacement interval to ensure optimal performance. It includes a 10-inch PP filter (replace every 4 to 6 months), two 10-inch activated carbon filters (also every 4 to 6 months), a 600 GPD RO membrane (replace every 1 to 2 years), and two 12-inch ultra-purification columns using imported resin (replace after purifying around 3000 liters). These accessories are easy to replace and keep the system running efficiently.
Labtron’s LDIN-A11 is ideal for a wide variety of lab environments, including academic, industrial, research, and quality control laboratories. It is particularly useful in tasks that require high-purity water, such as buffer preparation, glassware rinsing, film washing, and feeding water into sensitive lab instruments. Its compact size, energy efficiency (only 120W), and user-friendly design make it an excellent choice for labs with limited space. The system’s dual water output and real-time monitoring features offer flexibility and peace of mind for lab personnel.
