The Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer LEOS-D13 is specifically designed for sterilizing heat- and moisture-sensitive items. This includes surgical instruments, plastic devices, catheters, electronic components, medical tubing, and packaged materials that cannot withstand high-temperature steam sterilization. The EO gas ensures deep penetration, making it highly effective even for complex or lumen-based instruments, making it a preferred choice in hospitals, laboratories, and medical device manufacturing.

Safety is a top priority in the LEOS-D13 design. It operates under a controlled vacuum environment with a working pressure of -60 kPa to minimize EO gas exposure. The sterilizer features a fully enclosed chamber with vertical sliding doors to prevent gas leaks. Additionally, the programmable PLC control system and the built-in constant temperature incubator allow precise monitoring and automation, reducing the risk of human error. The system also supports proper aeration to remove EO gas residues post-sterilization, protecting users and patients alike.

It uses EO gas to penetrate packaging and narrow lumens effectively, which steam might not reach. Its precise humidity control (45% to 75%) and negative pressure operation ensure thorough sterilization without damaging delicate instruments. The LEOS-D13 is also equipped with a PLC system for automation and a user-friendly 7-inch touchscreen for ease of use, setting it apart from conventional autoclaves.

The LEOS-D13 comes with an advanced Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system that automates and monitors the entire sterilization cycle. The 7-inch touch screen interface provides real-time data on temperature, humidity, gas concentration, and cycle status, ensuring transparency and precision. The constant temperature incubator maintains optimal post-sterilization conditions. These controls improve sterilization efficiency, ensure repeatable results, and minimize operator intervention.

The chamber of the LEOS-D13 is made from stainless steel or aluminum, both known for their resistance to corrosion and ability to maintain structural integrity under varying pressure and temperature. The external shell is built from steel plate coated with baking varnish, providing additional protection against environmental wear and enhancing durability.
