Our Planetary Ball Mill is versatile for materials science, and nanotechnology for synthesizing various components into fine powders.








Safe combinations include: Agate mill jar with agate balls, Corundum mill jar with alumina, zirconia, and agate balls, Zirconia mill jar with zirconia and alumina balls, Stainless steel mill jar with stainless steel balls, PTFE and PU mill jars with agate and zirconia balls, Nylon mill jar with zirconia and agate balls, and Tungsten Carbide mill jar with tungsten carbide and zirconia balls Avoid combining hard media like tungsten carbide balls with soft jars like nylon or PTFE, as this can lead to rapid wear and contamination.
For aluminum materials or ceramic glazes, corundum mill jars are suitable. They provide good compatibility with alumina balls, which also have high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for such applications.
For soil and similar materials that are not allowed to contain any impurity, agate mill jars are the most suitable. Agate offers excellent purity and is chemically inert, making it ideal for applications in environmental testing, soil research, or any application requiring contamination-free processing.
