Our Vertical Autoclave effectively eliminates pathogens from glassware and media, ensuring infection control in healthcare settings.

Labtron Vertical Autoclave LVA-L20 is a high-performance sterilization device with a 36-liter capacity, designed to sterilize various materials using high-temperature steam. It is commonly used in laboratories, research centers, pharmaceutical industries, and the food sector. You can use it to sterilize liquids, lab instruments, surgical dressings, rubber items, implants, fabric, and porous materials. With multiple sterilization cycles and advanced safety features, it ensures effective and safe sterilization even for heat-sensitive materials.
The LVA-L20 uses steam at adjustable temperatures ranging from 105°C to 135°C, with a maximum design temperature of 153°C. It monitors the discharge of cold air to create a pure steam environment, which is essential for proper sterilization. It includes six selectable steam exhaust speeds to prevent overheating and speed up the cooling process. The autoclave has intelligent safety features like over-temperature protection, dry burn protection, interlocking lids, water level sensors, and a cool-down safety lock, making it extremely reliable and safe for routine lab use.
Labtron's LVA-L20 comes with an intelligent microcomputer control system, a cooling fan, double internal locking mechanisms, and an LCD screen for easy operation. It allows users to define up to 60 custom sterilization cycles and store up to 1000 recorded processes for easy monitoring and traceability. It also has a USB port for data export, making it convenient for labs that need documentation for audits or quality control. Additionally, the copper dry burn protector enhances durability by resisting corrosion better than stainless steel, especially in harsh sterilization conditions.
The Labtron LVA-L20 autoclave is designed to handle a wide range of sterilization tasks, making it highly versatile for laboratory and clinical use. It comes with multiple preset sterilization cycles including options for liquids, liquids with warming, solids, packed instruments, fabrics, rubber materials, fast sterilization, waste, and agar with melting and warming. This broad selection allows the LVA-L20 to effectively sterilize items such as culture media, glassware, surgical textiles, and rubber goods. In addition to the preset programs, the autoclave features a user-defined cycle option, enabling users to customize sterilization parameters according to specific material requirements. This makes the Labtron LVA-L20 ideal for a wide variety of applications in research labs, hospitals, and pharmaceutical environments.
The chamber of Labtron LVA-L20 is made from SUS304 stainless steel, known for its strength and corrosion resistance. The unit uses a split-column lid locking system that ensures even pressure distribution for better safety. The bottom of the chamber includes a copper dry burn protector, which is more corrosion-resistant than stainless steel—ideal for tough working environments. Its smart design includes a pressure gauge (?0.1 to 0.5 MPa), PID controller, and sturdy external and internal safety locks to ensure smooth and reliable operation over time.
