It features a spacious 150-liter stainless steel chamber, advanced PLC + HMI control system, and a 7.0-inch color touchscreen display, enabling precise temperature control (less than equal to±0.2°C) and customizable sterilization cycles. The double-door design supports contamination-free operations, making it ideal for sterilizing wrapped and unwrapped instruments, liquids, porous loads, rubber materials, and implantable items in sterile zones.

The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D23 ensures consistent sterilization through its high design temperature of 150°C, working range of 105°C to 139°C, and exceptional temperature control accuracy of less than equal to ±0.2°C. It offers temperature display accuracy of 0.1°C and temperature equilibrium within ±0.5°C, critical for maintaining uniform sterilization results across all load types. Additionally, the system is equipped with a liquid ring vacuum pump for efficient air removal before and after sterilization, and includes a safety valve that opens at 0.28 MPa for overpressure protection.

Efficiency is central to the LHA-D23 autoclave design. It features a power-efficient 14 kW heating system, low steam consumption per cycle (12 kg), and minimal water usage (80 kg per cycle). The fully adjustable sterilization time (0 to 999 minutes) and drying time (0 to 999 minutes) allow customization according to the specific load requirements, while the liquid ring vacuum system enhances drying performance and load penetration, especially for porous and hollow items.

The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D23 integrates an intelligent PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with an HMI (Human Machine Interface) and a built-in printer for cycle documentation. Its 7.0-inch color touchscreen display offers a user-friendly and interactive interface for real-time monitoring, parameter setting, and error alerts. The double-door configuration of the LHA-D23 autoclave is designed for pass-through installation between sterile and non-sterile zones, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.
