The LHA-D30 autoclave is equipped with a PLC + HMI control system, featuring a 7.0-inch color touchscreen display. This advanced interface enables users to easily program, monitor, and adjust sterilization cycles. The inclusion of a built-in printer provides real-time cycle data and records for validation and audit purposes, ensuring operational transparency and regulatory compliance.

The LHA-D30 is engineered for high temperature accuracy, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.2°C, display accuracy of 0.1°C, and temperature equilibrium within ±0.5°C. Its working temperature range of 105°C to 139°C and pressure tolerance of –0.1 to 0.5 MPa allow for tailored sterilization of sensitive and varied instruments. The safety valve opens at 0.28 MPa, preventing overpressure situations, ensuring a safe working environment.

The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D30 incorporates a liquid ring vacuum pump that supports both pre- and post-vacuum cycles. This –97 kPa vacuum rate enables deep air removal from porous loads, ensuring uniform steam penetration and effective sterilization of complex instruments like wrapped surgical tools, hollow instruments, and porous items.
