Labtron Horizontal Autoclave features side-loading capability with capacities ranging from 50 L to 2000 L. Their integrated steam generators provide a steady supply of sterilization vapors at temperatures from 105℃ to 150℃. Equipped with gauges for precise pressure monitoring and a display for checking pressure. The doors are safely interlocked, preventing accidental opening during operation. These Horizontal Autoclave efficiently sterilize medical and laboratory equipment by eliminating harmful microbes.

The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D36 is equipped with an expansive 800-liter chamber, making it exceptionally suitable for high-volume sterilization tasks across laboratories, CSSDs, and industrial applications. This large capacity accommodates a wide range of instruments, tools, and materials in a single cycle, optimizing operational efficiency and reducing turnaround time in facilities with high sterilization demands.
The LHA-D36 operates within a working temperature range of 105°C to 139°C and features an advanced temperature control system with a control accuracy of less than equal to ±0.2°C and display accuracy of 0.1°C. Additionally, it maintains a temperature equilibrium of less than equal to ±0.5°C throughout the chamber, ensuring consistent sterilization across all items. These precise controls are crucial for effectively eliminating pathogens without compromising material integrity.
The LHA-D36 autoclave incorporates a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) system with a 7.0-inch color touchscreen display. This user-friendly interface allows for intuitive operation, real-time cycle monitoring, and easy adjustment of parameters such as sterilization and drying times. The built-in printer ensures automatic documentation of each cycle for traceability and compliance with quality assurance protocols.
The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D36 features a liquid ring vacuum pump system, which performs both pre- and post-vacuum cycles. This system achieves a vacuum rate of –97 kPa, effectively removing air from the chamber before sterilization and enhancing drying efficiency afterward. This mechanism ensures optimal steam penetration into porous and hollow items, leading to more thorough and reliable sterilization results.
Safety is a top priority in the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D36. It includes a safety valve with an opening pressure of 0.28 MPa, which automatically releases excess pressure to prevent over-pressurization. Additionally, the autoclave is designed to operate within a working pressure range of 0 to 0.25 MPa and features a design pressure of –0.1 / 0.5 MPa. These specifications, along with its heavy-duty construction, provide multiple layers of protection during high-temperature and high-pressure operations.
