Labtron Horizontal Autoclave features side-loading capability with capacities ranging from 50 L to 2000 L. Their integrated steam generators provide a steady supply of sterilization vapors at temperatures from 105℃ to 150℃. Equipped with gauges for precise pressure monitoring and a display for checking pressure. The doors are safely interlocked, preventing accidental opening during operation. These Horizontal Autoclave efficiently sterilize medical and laboratory equipment by eliminating harmful microbes.

The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D26 is designed with a spacious 250-liter chamber, making it suitable for handling a wide range of sterilization loads. It can sterilize unwrapped and wrapped instruments, surgical tools, glassware, rubber items, liquids, culture media, porous materials, and hollow instruments. Its large volume and versatile sterilization capability make it ideal for use in laboratories, hospitals, research institutions, and pharmaceutical environments.
The LHA-D26 operates efficiently within a working temperature range of 105°C to 139°C, with a design temperature of up to 150°C. Its working pressure range is 0 to 0.25 MPa, while the design pressure spans from –0.1 MPa to 0.5 MPa. These wide ranges enable the autoclave to accommodate various sterilization requirements across different load types and conditions.
The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D26 features an advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) control system for precise monitoring and automation. The autoclave is equipped with a 7.0-inch color touchscreen display that allows users to control sterilization parameters easily, monitor cycle status in real time, and print sterilization records with the built-in printer.
Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-D26 is equipped with a liquid ring vacuum pump that supports both pre-vacuum and post-vacuum cycles. The vacuum rate reaches –97 kPa, ensuring efficient air removal before steam injection and effective drying after sterilization. This feature enhances sterilization quality, especially for porous loads and hollow instruments, by improving steam penetration and ensuring complete drying.
The LHA-D26 is engineered for resource efficiency without compromising performance. Each sterilization cycle consumes approximately 16 kg of steam and 120 kg of water, while the power consumption is 22 kW. These values reflect a balanced design that prioritizes both high sterilization output and optimized utility usage, helping facilities manage operational costs effectively.
