The LHA-K11 features a double door design, which is particularly beneficial in environments where strict contamination control is essential, such as hospitals, clean rooms, and pharmaceutical labs. This design allows for a pass-through installation, where one door opens into a contaminated area and the other into a sterile zone. It ensures that sterilized items are not exposed to unsterile environments, thereby maintaining separation between clean and dirty areas, significantly minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.

The LHA-K11 is designed for demanding applications with its 100-liter capacity and robust stainless-steel chamber (Ø440 × 670 mm), allowing for the sterilization of large batches of instruments or materials in a single cycle. It operates at a maximum working pressure of 0.23 MPa and within a temperature range of 105°C to 136°C, enabling quick and efficient sterilization. The powerful 10 kW heating system and PLC + HMI control system also contribute to rapid cycle times and high throughput performance.

The Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave LHA-K11 is equipped with a 7-inch LCD color touchscreen display, providing an intuitive and interactive user interface. Operators can monitor sterilization cycles in real time, configure temperature and timing settings with ease, and print cycle records via the built-in printer. The control system combines PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) technologies, offering a seamless and intelligent user experience while ensuring operational safety and precision.

Safety is a critical aspect of the LHA-K11’s design. The unit includes automatic pressure and temperature regulation, door interlocks to prevent opening under pressure, and over-temperature protection.
