It is equipped with a precision wire rod system, to ensure accurate coating thickness control. The coater operates with low-tension winding and unwinding, complemented by an infrared drying oven. Additionally, it supports continuous coating with an adjustable reel diameter up to 300mm and a guide roller width of 300mm, making it ideal for high-volume production.
