It uses a SDD detector and offers detection for a wide range of elements from Mg to U. Also, it includes a built-in standardization via automatic system checks, ensuring reliable performance over time. An integrated CCD micro-camera helps users position the analyzer accurately on the sample. Our spectrometer is suitable for a wide range of elemental testing applications.
